Shots Fired in Southwest Mexico

Shots rang out early Tuesday morning at a house near the YMCA in southwest Mexico. Public Safety officers were called to the 1500 block of Fairground around 2:15 a.m. in reference to shots fired. Soybean Spill Slows Traffic in Mexico

Traffic in southeast Mexico was slow for about an hour and a half while crews cleaned up a soybean spill on Monday afternoon. Stolen Jeep Found Crashed, Suspects Flee on Foot

Public Safety officers found a stolen jeep crashed in southeast Mexico early Sunday morning. They were called to East Holt and Christy around 12:30 a.m. in reference to suspicious activity involving the jeep. Officers found it nearby, but the driver sped around the block. MPSD Responds to Small Grass Fire

Mexico Public Safety responded to a small grass fire Sunday afternoon. Officials say they found the remains of the fire near the base of a utility pole on Lakeside Place. Neighbors had put it out before officers arrived. No one was injured. The incident happened around 4:45 p.m.

McNeely Kidnapper Asks Court To Set Aside Sentence
