Two Mexico Residents Arrested For Audrain County Burglary

Two Mexico residents are in the Audrain County Jail in connection with an Audrain County burglary in late June. Audrain County Sheriff Stuart Miller says deputies were able to connect 26-year-old Joshua Lee Whisenhunt of Mexico and Brooke Louise Whisenhunt to a burglary in a home located in the 12000 block of Audrain County Road 957 last week. Miller says the pair were found in Columbia by Columbia police and arrested. Joshua is charged with burglary, stealing and unlawful use of a weapon. Brooke is charged with burglary and stealing. Both are being held on $40,000 bond each. Miller says Joshua Whisenhunt was charged with unlawful use of a weapon because he is a convicted felon and a weapon was one of the items allegedly stolen by the pair.
