Two Mexico Women Seriously Hurt In Friday Morning Callaway County Accident

Two Mexico residents suffer serious injuries in a one-vehicle crash in Callaway County Friday morning. Missouri Highway Patrol officials say a vehicle driven by 63-year-old Glenda Adair of Mexico was westbound on Highway 54, about a half-mile north of Route FF in Callaway County, when she lost control on the wet pavement. Her car went off the road and hit a tree. Adair and a passenger, 65-year-old Martha Reichers, were both seriously injured. They were taken to an area hospital for treatment. The accident happened at about 8:30 Friday morning.
