Two Farber residents were hurt after their minivan swerves off of the highway just east of their hometown.
Highway Patrol officials say 61-year-old Sandra Gay was driving on Highway 54 around 4:00 p.m. Friday. As she was approaching County Road 351, she slid on a patch of ice. Her van went into a ditch and flipped over.
She and her passenger, 70-year-old Jesse Gay, were taken to a local hospital with moderate injuries.
