The Mexico High School baseball team is officially on summer break after falling to Boonville 5-1 Monday the second round of districts. They finish the year at 14-9 overall. The Mexico Golf team had a good showing in district competition in Moberly. Brock Lunceford, Alex Bledsoe, and Austin Kelsay advanced to sectionals. Lunceford also earned All District honors. The Mexico Varsity golf team faced stiff competition on a chilly and blustery Saturday morning at the Hannibal Invitational, and came out in the middle of the pack. The Bulldogs places 8 out of 14. Hannibal came out on top, followed by Troy Buchanan and Louisiana.
