An Auxvasse man is facing multiple charges after an arrest by the Callaway County Sheriff’s Department last (Thursday) night.
According to deputies 40 year old Micheal J Brooks fled a residence through a window and took them on a lengthy foot chase through several yards and streets of Auxvasse.
Brooks is being charged with felony resisting arrest and 3 counts of assault on law enforcement and a parole violation.
He is currently being held in the Callaway County Jail with no bond.
