A reward is being offered leading to the identification and arrest of 2 woman suspected of stealing credit cards from a parked car and racking up thousands of dollars in fraudulent charges.
The incident occurred when the victim parked her car in the parking lot of the Grindstone Nature area, where they women took her cards.
Video turned over to Columbia Police show pictures of the women.
