A reported outbreak of Meningitis at the Versailles Middle School has turned out to be Viral Encephalitis.
Mexico Public Schools Information Director Marci Minor recently stopped in the KXEO Studios to talk about precautions the Mexico School District takes to guard against viruses.
Minor says the district also does preventative care with staff training, nurses in the classroom, and health fairs.
