Local law enforcement is reacting to the passage of Amendment 2 legalizing the use of medical marijuana.
Audrain County Sheriff Matt Oller says in law enforcement circles the concern is the potential for the opening of more black markets with home grow operations.
Oller says Missouri Law enforcement is new to the concept of legalized medical marijuana.
Oller says he hopes Missourians will be responsible with the passage of the Amendment and not drive or operate machinery while under the influence.
