The Missouri Senate has a new bill before them that would ban texting and driving for drivers of all ages. The bill is being sponsored by Senator Wayne Wallingford, a Republican from Cape Girardeau. 47 states have already banned texting for drivers. The Missouri state law currently prohibits texting for all drivers under 21.
