Construction on a building expansion for the Arthur Community Center in Mexico is ahead of schedule.
A ground breaking ceremony was held back in April and CEO Terry Mackey says despite the weather the new building is starting to take shape.
Mackey says the expansion is expected to add 10 to 12 jobs in several different areas.
The expansion project is expected to be complete around November this year (2019).
