A Moberly man is charged with 25 counts after an extensive investigation by the Moberly Police Department and the Randolph County Children’s Division.
Forty three-year-old Scotty Reynolds is charged with 6 counts of child molestation in the second degree involving a child less than 12 years old, 4 counts involving a child less than 14, 5 counts of endangering the welfare of a child, 3 counts of statutory rape and 7 counts of statutory sodomy or attempted sodomy.
The charges stem from the alleged abuse of 5 different victims.
Reynolds was arrested in Springfield and transported back to the Randolph County Jail.
