A second Dillard’s and a hotel may soon be coming to Columbia.
According to reports the Dillard’s would in the vacant building that used to be Sears at the Columbia Mall.
Renovations on the interior are estimated at two hundred thousand dollars.
The new hotel would be a Tru by Hilton and would be at the southwest corner of I-70 and Stadium Boulevard.
The projects are now pending approval by the Columbia City Council.
