The University of Missouri Police Department has identified a man found dead at around 4:00 yesterday [Wednesday] afternoon.
Police say when they responded to Excellence Hall they found 18 year old Erik Severson of Aurora, Illinois unresponsive. He was pronounced dead at the scene by medical personnel.
Severson was a student at MU.
A cause of death is being determined by the Boone County Medical Examiner.
No foul play is suspected.
