Moberly Police arrested a man yesterday [Friday] morning after a chase in the area of Clark Street and Rollins.
Luke O’Banion reportedly fled on a bicycle when an officer attempted to stop him. He later abandoned the bike a fled on foot.
He was located under shrubs near the front porch of a residence.
He was found to have an active felony warrant for tampering with a motor vehicle and was on probation.
He his being held on a $15 thousand dollar bond at the Randolph County Justice Center.
