The Audrain County Health Department is asking all residents to refrain from hosting garage, yard, or rummage sales at this time.
In a press release from the department yesterday (Monday) they ask residents to follow social gathering and social distancing requirements until removed by Governor Parson.
Under the Statewide Stay at Home Order issued by Governor Parson and the Essential and Non-essential Business listing of the U.S. Department of Homeland Security garage, yard, or rummage sales are not considered an essential business, often exceed social gatherings of greater than 10 people, and cannot ensure the social distancing requirement of 6 feet between individuals.
