Grant Norfleet of Mexico is the winner of the Missouri FFA Service-Learning Proficiency Award.
Grant is a junior at the Hart Career Center, and the son of Kent and Allison Norfleet and a member of the Mexico FFA Chapter.
After graduating high school, Norfleet plans include attending the University of Missouri in Columbia.
