Several separate events are being planned in Mexico tonight (Wednesday) in connection with the death of George Floyd.
A vigil and celebration of life for Mr. Floyd is planned at 6 tonight on the square in downtown Mexico.
And according to several reports on social media a protest is being planned at Lakeview Park at 6pm.
Mexico Public Safety Officers and the Audrain County Sheriff’s Office will be monitoring the events.
