The Audrain County Emergency Management Director recently announced the hiring of a new Deputy Director in Leonardo J. Paniagua.
Mr. Paniagua has been on the job for almost 2 weeks and stopped by AM 1340 KXEO and the Am I Awake Morning Show today to introduce himself to the community.
