A former substitute teacher in Mexico accused of child sex crimes is scheduled to be at the Audrain County Courthouse for a hearing this (Monday) afternoon.
51 year old Randall R. Giboney was arrested in August, 2021 for Third Degree Child Molestation with a child less than 14 years old, invasion of privacy with a victim under 18 years of age, possession of child pornography and sexual exploitation of a minor.
Giboney waived his right to a preliminary hearing in January.
He will appear at the Audrain County Courthouse in front of Judge Jason Lamb at 4 this (Monday) afternoon.
