Mid-Missouri has already seen an accumulating snow event and according to Northeast District Engineer Jeff Kroner, it was a good test run for the department.
Statewide, winter help for MoDOT is down thirty percent which is causing the agency to re-align their priorities for snow events lasting more than twelve hours.
