Mexico Public Safety reports the arrest of 30-year-old Jesse W. Conway on Saturday, July 22, 2023 for two Boone County warrants and a Randolph County warrant.
51-year-old Charles F. Picton was arrested yesterday (Sunday), July 23. 2023 for Third Degree Kidnapping and Fourth Degree Domestic Assault.
