Mexico Public Safety reports the arrest of 52-year-old Robert L. Jackson II, on Tuesday, August 15, 2023 for Third Degree Kidnapping, First Degree Sexual Abuse, Unlawful Use of a Weapon, Unlawful Possession of a Weapon, Possession of a Stolen Firearm, and Armed Criminal Action.

- Suspicious person on West Boulevard and at Emmons and at 4501 East Liberty.
- An unwanted subject at the Vance Road apartment building.
- Property damage on South Jefferson.
- Careless and imprudent driver at North Calhoun/Pleasant and on East Boulevard/Liberty and at 808 East Liberty.
- Threats on Lakeview Road.
- Suspicious vehicle at East Jackson/Eastholm.
- Missing adult on West Buchanan.
