A second person has filed for an open seat on the Mexico City Council on Wednesday, December 13, 2023.
The Mexico City Clerk announced Wednesday morning that Chris Miller filed for re-election.
Councilman Miller will be seeking a fourth term.
There will be two seats on the April 2024 ballot including Miller’s expiring term and a seat currently held by Mexico Mayor Vicki Briggs.
Briggs filed for re-election on December 5th. The filing deadline is December 26th.
