The Mexico Bulldogs boys basketball team defeated the Kirksville Tigers 54-46 in the Class 4 District 8 Semifinals at the Centralia High School on Thursday, February 29, 2024.
Jaydon Eldridge helped the Bulldogs set the tone in the first quarter hitting two-three pointers.
Eldridge finished with a game high 23 points and a total of four-three pointers for the game.
PJ Perkins contributed 12 points.
And senior point guard DJ Long recorded 11 points.
Mexico will play in the District Championship game on Saturday at 1pm against either Centralia or Hallsville.
