Mexico newest pizza restaurant is open in the downtown area.
The Mexico Chamber of Commerce hosted a ribbon cutting for Fat Guys Pizza located at 115 West Monroe on Thursday, April 4, 2024.
Owners Eric Smith and Rick And Jennifer Pratt offer a salad bar and pizza buffet during the day and Italian dishes off the menu.
On the inside it’s an 80’s theme with music from the era being played and posters on the wall from Jaws and Caddy Shack with more to be added soon.
The business is open six days a week and closed on Sunday.
