The following press release was sent out from the Missouri Military Academy.
With approximately 200 middle school and high school cadets expected at the beginning of the 2024-25 academic year, MMA is ready to welcome the corps of cadets for the fall 2024 semester.
The Academy will continue its long-standing tradition of partnering with parents to provide a rigorous and structured educational environment and successfully graduate leaders of character.
“The academic year for our cadets begins before many traditional schools start the fall semester.
For our cadets to meet their full potential, they undertake a more challenging and diverse educational experience than what most typical students do,” says MMA President Richard V. Geraci, Brigadier General, USA (Ret).
“They do so through our military educational model and 360° Education marked by high expectations, structure, self-discipline, personal responsibility and accountability.
This sets the conditions for their success and helps them take command of their lives.”

- The intensive camp aims to hone their leadership and team-building skills, preparing them to serve effectively as leaders within the corps of cadets.
- New Cadet Registration & Parent Orientation: On August 9, this event marks the official start for new cadets and their families as they integrate into the MMA community.
- Returning Cadet Registration: On August 12, returning cadets will complete their registration and prepare for the upcoming year.
Important Fall 2024 Dates When Alumni and Parents Will Visit MMA

- Fall Family Weekend: Scheduled for October 17-20, this event offers families the opportunity to visit the campus, engage with the MMA community and witness firsthand the progress and achievements of their cadets.
