Mexico Public Safety responded to the following calls for service on Tuesday, August 6, 2024:
- Suspicious person on South Singleton/Emmons and at West Breckenridge.
- Unwanted subject on North Craig and at 4820 South Clark.
- Property damage at 629 East Liberty.
- Suspicious vehicle on Mansfield.
- Property damage at West Monroe/Western.
- Stealing or theft on West Monroe.
- Trespassing at South Jefferson.
- Harassment on West Street.
- Domestic verbal incident at North Olive/Bourne and on South Muldrow.
- A scam reported at Howell Manor Court.
Car accidents:
No injuries reported following a two-car accident on West Boulevard at Webster on Tuesday, August 6, 2024.
According to the Mexico Public Safety accident report it happened when a vehicle driven by 59-year-old Belinda Silvey of Mexico attempted to turn onto Webster.
Silver’s vehicle was struck on the right side by a vehicle driven by an unknown driver.
The unknown driver of the vehicle left the scene of the accident.
Minor damage was reported to Silvey’s vehicle.
