A Montgomery County man was arrested after a two-year-old was found dead in an apartment on Tuesday, September 3, 2024,
According to a press release from the Missouri Highway Patrol, Bryan Danter was arrested on suspicion of first-degree endangering the welfare of a child, second-degree drug trafficking and drug possession.
Danter is being held at the Montgomery County Jail. Law enforcement was called to an apartment in Montgomery City on Tuesday night after the child was found dead.
The cause of death of the child is pending an autopsy.
