Calls for service:
Mexico Public Safety responded to the following calls for service on Thursday, September 12, 2024.
- Missing juvenile on North Washington.
- Suspicious vehicle at West Robinson.
- Harassment on South Clark and at North Western/Highway 15.
- Trespassing on North Olive and at West Monroe.
- Stealing or theft on South Jefferson and at Lakeview Park and on South Washington.
- Natural gas odor at Woodlawn.
Car accident:
Damage is being reported after a vehicle hit the exterior of a Mexico business during the morning hours of Thursday, September 12, 2024.
According to the Mexico Public Safety accident report it happened just before 9 on Thursday morning when an unknown driver of an unknown vehicle entered the parking lot at 2757 South Clark and traveled northbound towards the building.
The vehicle then struck the exterior wall and door of Hearing Solutions and fled the scene.
