Mexico Middle School Quiz Bowl had several of team members earned top honors at the Moberly Young Scholars Tournament on Saturday, Feb. 8, 2025.
The team of Hailey Davis, Ryleigh West Allred, Samuel Dysart, Iva Hicks, Natalie Isgrig and Asher Menefee won second place in their bracket.
Competing in the Standard Division today Vinton Lehnen, Khyden James, Maria Peuster, Ian Whorton, Grant Lee, and Lillie Iman played hard against some tough teams.
Individual honors based on points per game to Asher Menefee 7th place and Iva Hicks 9th place in the Newcomers division and Ian Whorton 8th place in the Standard Division.
