20-year-old Tionna C. Burton-Rummans was arrested on an Audrain County warrant and a Callaway County warrant on Friday, Mar. 14, 2025.

Mexico Public Safety responded to the following calls for service on Thursday, Mar. 13, 2025.
- Suspicious person on North Western and at North Missouri and at West Monroe.
- Stolen vehicle on Yale.
- Indecent behavior at 1015 East Liberty.
- Assault without injury on North Abat/Harwood.
- Trespassing at 4820 South Clark.
- Stealing or theft on West Monroe.
- Fight in progress at Emmons and on South Alabama.
Car accidents:
No injuries reported following a two-car accident in Mexico on Thursday, Mar. 13, 2025.
According to the Mexico Public Safety accident report it happened on Jackson at Jefferson when a vehicle driven by 63-year-old David Niekamp of Mexico failed to stop at the stop sign on Jackson and crashed into a vehicle driven by 80-year-old Vernon Eikel of Martinsburg.
Minor damage was reported to both vehicles.
