It was announced on Wednesday, Mar. 26, 2-25, that Mexico High School senior guard Jaydon Eldridge has been selected to Class 4 All-State basketball team.
Eldridge helped his team to a 23-7 overall record this season and a trip to elite eight in the State Tournament.
In the District Semifinals game vs. Centralia, Eldridge put up 21 points, four rebounds, four assists, two steals and was 5/9 from 3.
In the District Championship game vs. Hallsville, Eldridge threw down 27 points, 8 rebounds, 4 assists and was 9/10 from the free throw line.
In the Quarterfinals game vs. Vashon, Eldridge had a game high 20 points, eight rebounds, two assists, two steals and wsa 6/8 from the free line.
Eldridge also reached 1,000 points career points earlier this season and finished with 1,160 points.
