Brenda Matuz scored the goal for the Lady Bulldogs following a free kick by Emily Moppin into the box.
Mexico head coach Sarah Olson says “It was great to get a win over a district opponent. We possessed really well and moved the ball quickly.”
With the victory over Wright City, the Lady Bulldogs improve to 3-2 on the season.
