Audrain County Sheriff’s Office arrested 21-year-old Audrain County resident Kristie Peery yesterday as a fugitive instate.
Peery had not returned to jail after attending a treatment facility. She had been arrested in June in Mexico on drug possession and distribution charges as well as three failure to appear warrants.
