Charges were filed Monday against 18-year-old Ruvim Izotia of Sedalia in connection with a deadly crash last September in Morgan County.
Investigators say Izotia was distracted by an electronic device when he rear-ended a car slowing to turn onto Old U.S. 50, pushing it into oncoming traffic.
The crash killed two men one from Versailles and one from Russellville and seriously injured another person.
Court records show Izotia faces multiple charges, including two counts of involuntary manslaughter and distracted driving resulting in death.
A $100,000 arrest warrant has been issued.
