An adult certification hearing has been set for April 10th to determine if the juvenile suspected in connection to a robbery and fatal shooting on Ridgemont Court in Columbia earlier this month will be charged as an adult.
The hearing was scheduled this (Tuesday) morning in juvenile court.
The juveniles request for in-home detention was also declined during the proceeding.
The juvenile and three 18-year-olds are accused of robbing Michael Burke on Jan. 18. Burke was alledgedly killed by the juvenile during the botched robbery.
