As Heart Health Month wraps up, Boone Health’s Community Wellness team is helping mid-Missourians take care of their hearts with free health screenings.
Participants can get instant blood pressure and A1C results, reviewed on-site by certified staff.
Screenings will be held throughout the week with stops in Columbia, Fulton, Mexico, Centralia, and Fayette.
If results show potential risks, Boone Health nurses will guide participants on next steps or connect them with a healthcare provider.
