Boone County Fire Protection Crews are still putting out hotspots this morning after a house fire in northeast Columbia.
Firefighters responded around 6:45 a.m. to a home on Snead Drive. Boone County Fire officials say three people were inside when the fire started all made it out safely, and no injuries were reported.
By 8 a.m., about 25 firefighters remained on scene working to fully extinguish the blaze.
Boone County Fire, EMS, and the Sheriff’s Office all responded.
The cause of the fire is still under investigation.
