I-70 Drive Southeast to close for bridge work

The Missouri Department of Transportation is closing a part of I-70 Drive Southeast in Columbia, from Woodridge to Glenstone Drive today.

The closing has been delayed for two weeks due to weather.

The traffic shift will allow construction of two new bridges on I-70 and a new underpass connecting Hanover Boulevard to I-70 Drive Southeast.

The closure is set to last 300 days with an expected completion date of January 2027.
