A Columbia woman has pleaded guilty in connection with a deadly 2023 crash that killed a teenage motorcyclist.
Elizabeth Lopez entered her plea during a pre-trial conference.
She now faces three counts of leaving the scene of an accident after striking two motorcyclists on West Broadway in Columbia.
Prosecutors had previously charged Lopez with second-degree involuntary manslaughter, but that charge was dropped.
Police say 18-year-old Walker Davis was killed when Lopez allegedly pulled out in front of the riders before fleeing the scene.
Lopez has a hearing scheduled for 930am Today.
