A Centralia home was reportedly smoking for hours today on North March Road.
Fire crews were dispatched just before 1 p.m. and it took over an hour for the smoke to fully clear from the scene.
Boone County Fire Protection District has said that there were no injuries. They also reported that the fact that the house was 124 years old contributed to their difficulties in putting out the fire.
