A unique scavenger hunt is giving residents a chance to explore Callaway County while honoring America’s 250th anniversary.
Throughout June, the Kingdom of Callaway Historical Society is inviting participants to visit 10 sites across the county that recognize Revolutionary War soldiers buried in the area.
Participants who submit selfies from all 10 locations will be entered into a drawing for cash prizes, with winners announced on July 4.
New this year, QR codes at each stop link to biographies of the soldiers, helping bring local history to life while encouraging residents to discover new parts of Callaway County.
