4 different men have now been charged with child sex crimes in separate cases following a decoy operation by Boone County Authorities.
Court documents state that the Boone County Sheriff’s Office started an undercover operation online on June 22nd, posing as a 16-year-old on a website known for advertising adult escorts.
Court documents report that authorities arrested each of the men when they agreed to meet up with the decoy with the intent of paying a teen for sexual acts.
29-year-old Rollie Pogue of Moberly, as well as 54-year-old Jose Jimenez from Columbia, Daniel W. Follet of Columbia, and 30-year-old Rifat H. Apurba of Columbia were all charged in separate cases with Enticement of a Child and are all being held without bond.
