Two people are facing felony charges after investigators say they stole cash from a Columbia car wash for the second time in just a few weeks.
Prosecutors say Todd Harget and Sierra Claxton were arrested after surveillance video allegedly showed Harget using a crowbar to break into cash collection machines at Lighthouse Car Wash on Clark Lane, stealing about $1,600 and causing roughly $6,000 in damage.
Court documents also link the pair to a similar burglary at the same business on July 22.
Both remain in the Boone County Jail on separate bonds.
