A Moberly man accused of killing 57-year-old Cheryl Gravitt is set to be arraigned Monday afternoon.
Court records show 51-year-old Christopher Viley will face charges of first-degree murder and armed criminal action at 1:30 p.m. at the Randolph County Courthouse.
Gravitt was found with a gunshot wound outside her home on Morehead Street August 23rd. Her family says she was taking out the trash when she was shot in her driveway.
Investigators identified Viley using surveillance video. He was arrested Thursday following a brief standoff.
Viley is being held without bond.
