A Fulton man is being held without bond with multiple felony counts for sexual misconduct.
A victim reportedly called authorities on Monday saying that she locked herself in the bathroom of a grocery story to hide from Anthony Rawls saying that Rawls punched and choked her and that she was unable to get away from him.
Prosecutors charged Rawls with First Degree Rape, First Degree Sodomy, First Degree Kidnapping Inflicting Injury, Second Degree Domestic Assault, and First Degree Property Damage.
Rawls was being held without bond in the Callaway County Jail.
