A Thompson woman is dead after a UTV crash Friday night in Audrain County.
The Missouri State Highway Patrol says the crash happened around 8:50 p.m. on Audrain Road 209, north of Audrain Road 259.
The 60-year-old was driving a 2019 Polaris General when she swerved to avoid a deer.
The UTV left the roadway, overturned and became airborne before coming to rest.
The woman was ejected and pronounced dead at the scene.
The patrol says she was not wearing a safety device.
