The Missouri Back to School Sales Tax Holiday is set to begin.
The holiday starts at 12:01 tomorrow (Friday) morning and will run through Sunday.
No state tax will be charged on certain back to school purchases.
Items include clothing with a taxable value of one hundred dollars or less.
School supplies under fifty dollars.
Computer software under three fifty dollars.
Personal computers not to exceed fifteen hundred dollars.
Graphing calculators not to exceed one hundred fifty dollars.
The sales tax holiday applies to state and local sales taxes when a city or county chooses to participate in the holiday.
