Two women charged in connection with the death of Carl Debrodie, a mentally disabled man in Fulton, have had their trials postponed.
Sherry Paulo was set for a trial to begin Wednesday. She is charged with involuntary manslaughter, neglect, abandonment of a corpse and 2 misdemeanor counts of making a false report of a missing person.
Mary Paulo was scheduled for trial on Thursday for her role in DeBrodie’s death. She faces a charge of making a false report.
The pair have a new trial setting date of December 24.
DeBrodie’s remains were found encased in concrete in a Fulton storage unit after he was reported missing from Second Chance Homes a week earlier.
